The car can be equipped with Mazda’s 2.5-liter turbocharged SKYATIV-G 2.5T four-cylinder engine. This engine can produce up to 250 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque.

The interior of the Mazda6 has been redesigned for the new model year. Only the steering wheel and trim accents are carried over from previous Mazda6 models. Ventilated front seats will also now be offered for the first time on a Mazda.
