Everything was done smoothly. My car was actually finished ahead of the expected time. Thank you.

The appointment was pre-scheduled, which made it easy to plan for, the service video is helpful in knowing what is being checked, and at the checkout process, you are told what may need to be done next time.

Very good experience. Brandi always takes care of us so we appreciate it.

Asked if service could be completed by a certain time (even though I knew it would be a lengthy service) and they got it completed in even less time than requested.

The loaner car process was super easy and they even finished my service in less time than they had anticipated.

I have gotten 3 vehicles from Maple Shade over the years and am always happy with the process, response time and product. Ramir is very helpful and kept in contact with me while waiting for my vehicle to be delivered.
