The appointment was pre-scheduled, which made it easy to plan for, the service video is helpful in knowing what is being checked, and at the checkout process, you are told what may need to be done next time.

The manager, staff, and service department were all great.

I had a great experience at Ramir Flagg Maple Shade Mazda. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every concern I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, financing, and features, which made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. What stood out most was how kind, patient, and professional he was throughout my visit. He made sure I understood everything clearly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Ramir Flagg Maple Shade Mazda to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

Very good experience. Brandi always takes care of us so we appreciate it.

Picked up a brand new 2026 Mazda CX-50 and the experience has been excellent. Deon was very informative and answered all our questions. The process was smooth, quick, pleasant, and easy!

I have gotten 3 vehicles from Maple Shade over the years and am always happy with the process, response time and product. Ramir is very helpful and kept in contact with me while waiting for my vehicle to be delivered.
