I had a great experience at Ramir Flagg Maple Shade Mazda. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every concern I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, financing, and features, which made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. What stood out most was how kind, patient, and professional he was throughout my visit. He made sure I understood everything clearly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Ramir Flagg Maple Shade Mazda to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

Kassiah was very helpful, kind, and patient. Mechanics did their normal great job. My 9-year-old car runs like new again.

This is the first Mazda I have ever purchased. The experience and the process were transparent and hassle-free. Recommended. Thanks to Ramir Flagg (Sales Representative)

Easy process from start-to-finish. Excellent staff and easy to set up appointment.

The workers from the front desk to the mechanics are polite, friendly and always accommodating and professional. I love my Mazda, the dealership is the best and my next car will be another Mazda.

Everything was done smoothly. My car was actually finished ahead of the expected time. Thank you.
