Easy process from start-to-finish. Excellent staff and easy to set up appointment.

Everyone we dealt with during the process was great! Mark & Louis made the process extremely easy. We loved the transparency around the transaction especially with the interest rate on the lease. We were previously a Ford family but Mazda has changed that for us. Looking forward to a long happy relationship. Thank you! From start to finish, this was a great experience.

The staff here is very kind and patient. I appreciate that they keep us aware of what needs to be done and what is ok! I love my car! Thx!

Asked if service could be completed by a certain time (even though I knew it would be a lengthy service) and they got it completed in even less time than requested.

I have gotten 3 vehicles from Maple Shade over the years and am always happy with the process, response time and product. Ramir is very helpful and kept in contact with me while waiting for my vehicle to be delivered.

The appointment was pre-scheduled, which made it easy to plan for, the service video is helpful in knowing what is being checked, and at the checkout process, you are told what may need to be done next time.
